Send us either the original, or copies, of the credit agreements you would like us to audit.

If you do not have the agreements please call us. We will then send you a document to sign to enable a copy of the agreement to be requested from your lender.

Your lender will request a statutory fee of £1.00 per agreement to comply with the request

On receipt of your credit agreement/s we will send it/them to a solicitor to audit to see if they comply with The Consumer Credit Act 1974.

On the return of your audited credit agreement/s we will write to you confirming if you have any reason to make a claim. In respect to an agreement that does not comply you will be provided with a FREE copy of the audit report.

If the audit confirms that you have reason to make a claim on the grounds that it does not comply with The Consumer Credit Act 1974, the Solicitor will offer to act for you and enable a claim to be made on the basis that the agreement is unenforceable on a NO WIN NO FEE Basis.
